Clyde didn’t have a lot of fun with exploring the words at the bottom rungs of the English language this weekend, which is surprising considering his second run spin, but what are you gonna do? Bren had some commentary on the spin for Clyde’s daughters, though. If you have problems viewing the videos, try using Apple's Quicktime and/or "right click, save as" Each video is about 18 MB. Clyde (RX-8 on car) Run 1 (59.469) Run 2 (65.019 (spin)) Run 3 (57.592) Run 4 (55.645) Clyde (RX-8 external) Run 1 (59.469) Run 2 (65.019 (spin)) Run 3 (57.592) Run 4 (55.645) Obadia (S2000 external) Run ? |

Videos from the 2006 SCCA National Tour in at Qualcomm Stadium in San Diego, CA of an F Stock CTS-V. (Event write up available here.) Clyde keeps his mouth clean...mostly (his second run from each day has a word or two that he doesn't want to expose his children to). John V is mostly silent. They let the LS6 power do their talking...and walking away from them. Check out John V's driftocross action in his first Sunday run and Clyde's conemunching on his first Saturday run.
Is there a better way to get the season started than flogging a Caddy in California? If you have problems viewing the videos, try using Apple's Quicktime and/or "right click, save as" Each video is about 12 MB. Clyde (CTS-V) Saturday Run 1 (57.162 (3)) Saturday Run 2 (53.457 (1)) Saturday Run 3 (49.589) Sunday Run 1 (50.981) Sunday Run 2 (54.641 (2)) Sunday Run 3 (49.634) John V (CTS-V) Saturday Run 1 (52.788 (1)) Saturday Run 2 (53.246 (1)) Saturday Run 3 (50.559) Sunday Run 1 (51.328 (1)) Sunday Run 2 (49.153) Sunday Run 3 (49.142) |

The Team WTF?! Year in Review 2005 Video is now available!
Team WTF?! is proud to present their 2005 Year in Review video. In this video you will see some of the teams highlights and lowlights. You will hear what at times is a non-stop stream of creative (or stilted, depending on your level of propriety) language usage. You will marvel at our masterful powers of describing part of the obvious and being oblivious to the rest of it. You will bear witness to everything that is Team WTF?! You will laugh, you will cry, you will ask, "What did he just say?" many times as you watch this 3 minute 21 second, 51 megabyte video over and over again through the long, cold winter that is fast approaching us here in DC. This is a gritty, honest, portrayal of Team WTF?! in action and as such, it is quite profane. Someday, some of us may pay for English as a first language refresher classes to expand the parts of our vocabulary which can be used in polite company, but right now, we have to save up to replace the hundreds of tires we abused and destroyed this past year. When you view the video, you should right-click and “save as” because streaming performance will probably be pretty bad. The video requires use of Apple’s Quicktime Player version 7. You can download the standalone player for Windows (without a bundled iTunes) here.
As far as we aware, numerous cones were in fact injured during the production of this video.
And it’s loud.
Enjoy! |

Videos from the 2005 Solo II National Chanpionships at Forbes Field in Topeka, Kansas.
First of all, we have a short " Fun with Words in Topeka 2005" video for
your enjoyment, although it's not as great as it should be, considering
the dirving of most of the Team WTF?! members that made the trek to
Topeka.
As you may have seen in the Fun video, there were some video drop
outs. One of the WTF?! issues we experienced in Topeka were
related to the bulletcam. On the RX-8 on Thursday, the power lead
was wiggling around over the bumps leading to occasional losses of
power to the unit resulting in the video drop outs. So, with this
being Team WTF?! we decided to try to have a little fun with it. Check
out Clyde's second run on the North course late in the fifth heat on
Thursday in drying conditions. (To be known as the "Technical Difficulties" video.)
John's second run and Clyde's third run only had minimal video issues.
For the first time all year, we got on board footage of Bren in his ASP
M3. He have his first two runs on the North course, first heat on
Thursday. The first run was mostly dry but still kind of wet
. The second run
was made in the rain. We don't know why he
didn't record his third run. (We may have some external
video fo Bren on the North course in the next few days. Or we might
not.)
We lost the on board camera for the South course on Friday due to a
WTF?! style of leaving a crucial component at the hotel, so we have
some footage from the bleecher seats of John and Clyde.
