In his first National Tour effort, Bren won A Street Prepared at the
Toledo National Tour for Team WTF?! Nick was in second after
Saturday, trailing Bren by about six tenths but slipped to fourth by
the end of Sunday.
The Team WTF?! RX-8 was caught out in the rain without rain tires in
the fourth heat. Clyde ended Saturday in third place well behind
the rain tire equipped Thompson 350Z. John V was just a couple
tenths behind Clyde. Sunday was a new day and things were a
little different. Clyde and John V both beat the 350Z for the day
with the spread between Clyde, John V and Carter Thompson just 0.034
seconds. At the end of the day, Clyde sat in third and John V fourth in
B Stock. A less than perfect weekend, but lessons were learned
and will be applied in the future.
