WTF?! Can you think of a better place to spend a Saturday than Aberdeen, MD?  Yeah, we can too, but that's where some of Team WTF?! was anyway.

The good news is that John V is still driving the Team WTF?! RX-8 like he's running away from the Bolsheviks or something for his dear life.  He beat A Stock, he beat Super Stock, he Beat A Street Prepared (sorry, Bren) and a bunch of other classes, too.  How long will it last?  The Devens Tour is coming up and Mr. V had this to say, "If you don't like us, don't accept our invitation and don't invite us to come to see you. Whether you like it or not, history is on our side. We will bury you.  We are Team WTF?! and we are bigger than Jesus."

Meanwhile, John V's codriver Clyde was caught scratching his ass again taking a distant second in B Stock.  "Yeah, we're Team WTF?!  Sometimes, I'm not sure if John V understands what that means.  Then I see him do something like rub some Pottery Barn tsatske before a run and then hop on one foot three time for luck and I know that he gets it.

Over in A Street Prepared, bren took a good 0.3 second thumping by the class winner, Jason Becker in his big red bootycar, and just barely edged out Mick Frankel for second place.  "I couldn't turn," Bren said after his runs.  When asked how Becker was able to do it, he replied, "It's a mystery.  It's like my lithe E46 M3 suddenly turned into a big fat pig." A moment later, he mumbled, "Never mind." under his breath.  He probably thought we didn't hear him...but we know the truth.

BahnBaum flew to a fourth place finish in STX. "At Ripken, I'm solidly above mediocre.  At FedEx, I just suck like a flex fan on a 1978 Camaro," Alex quipped when he saw where he fell in his class.  "I think what it might be, yeah, this has to be it...I think it's that the closer to home I am, the faster I am.  That's why I'm skipping the Devens Tour."
